WHOLE FOODS MARKET
WASHINGTON D.C.

During the 1930s, the H Street Corridor—between 3rd Street and 15th Street—in Near Northeast was the beating mercantile heart of Washington D.C. After years of a concerted revitalization effort, the area brims with energy once again. This history and renaissance serve as inspiration for the neighborhood's first Whole Foods Market store. A combination of time-tested materials that hearken to the corridor's mercantile past with a bold color palette that tune into the community's energy capture H Street's eclectic and youthful urban spirit.
